

NEW IBERIA – Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Clarence Peltier, Sr., the former Belinda Landry, age 59, at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Holy Family Cemetery Chapel with Deacon Theo Landry officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home from 10:00 am on Thursday with a Rosary being recited at 1:30 pm.
A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Peltier passed away at 6:17 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at her residence.
Belinda loved to play bingo with her friends Penny, Joanna, Betty, and Prenella, talking on the phone with her Nanny Raye Douet, and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all those she knew and loved her.
She is survived by her four children, Glenn Hebert Jr. and partner Brad Horton, Kevin Hebert and partner Heather Evans, Devin Hebert, and Monica Boatright and husband Chris; four step-children, Clarence Peltier, Jr., Nicole Peltier, Lacey Peltier, and Chelsea Thibodeaux; six grandchildren, Cole Hebert, Jordan Hebert, Sage Hebert, Victoria Hebert, Mason Chapman, and Bobby Estelle; brother, Harold Landry and wife Mildred; and sister, Annabelle Bayard and husband Gerald.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 12 years, Clarence Joseph Peltier, Sr.; parents, Roy and Rose Mae Fremin Landry; and first husband Glenn P. Hebert, Sr.
Pallbearers will be her sons Glenn, Jr., Kevin, and Devin Hebert, Cole Hebert, Chris Boatright, and Harold Landry.
