Douglas "Buddy" Gordon Hall

DELAMBRE – Funeral Services will be conducted for Douglas Gordon “Buddy” Hall, Jr. age 57, at 10:00 am Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Fr. Herb Bennerfield officiating. Interment will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Wednesday until service time.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Buddy passed away at 8:47 pm on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at his residence.

Buddy was a contract welder for many years, he enjoyed fishing, rooster fighting and cooking for his family. His greatest love was spending time with his grandchildren and his “old Dog” who has always been faithful and never let him down.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Seymour hall of Erath; two daughters, Malisa Hall Duhon and husband Tad and Angel Hall Touchet and fiance’ Jeff Willis, Jr. all of Erath; four grandchildren, Heaven Romero, Brannon Duhon, Journie Touchet and Trevor Duhon; mother, Lorena Segura of Erath; three brothers, George Williams and Walter Williams of Erath an Daniel Williams of New Iberia and five sisters, Vicki Hall of Erath, Trudy Lopez of Breaux Bridge, Tina Warnock of MS, Ramona Alleman of New Iberia and Deborah Scoggins of Cecelia.

He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Gordon Hall, Sr.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
