Cathy was born on October 28, 1952, in Jeanerette, LA to the late Elton Leon and Edita Delahoussaye LeBlanc.
She found great joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life, especially through her passions for sewing, crocheting, cooking, and baking.
Cathy had a special gift in the kitchen, where she created not only delicious meals but also lasting memories. Her decorative cakes were works of art, and she delighted in making cupcakes alongside her great-granddaughter—moments that will be treasured forever. Her family will always hold close the love she poured into every dish she prepared, each one a reflection of her care and devotion.
Above all, Cathy will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and friends.
