Mr. Manning was born on December 21, 1949 in New London the son of Edward Manning and Margaret (Ragona). He was employed in Maintenance at Foxwood Casino for many years. He lived in Florida working in construction for many years to returning to Conn. in 2006.
Mr. Manning is survived by his daughter Myung J. Franz of Va and 3 grandsons. He is predeceased by his mother Margaret Ragona, his father Edward Manning, and brother Kevin Manning.
