Mrs. Aeolus "Olie" and "A" M. Martinez Schaff-Beaumont

Aeolus M. Schaff-Beaumont, a true servant of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, departed on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Jules Louis Schaff and the late John E. Beaumont, II by second marriage, she is survived by four children, Jane Schaff Monaghan wife of Joseph Schmid Monaghan, Jr., Dennis Henry Schaff husband of Patricia Tracy Schaff, Lynn Schaff Sandifer wife of Bruce G. Sandifer, Sr., and Kathleen Schaff McLeod wife of Stephen John McLeod, Sr., 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by two children, William Louis Schaff and Joycelyn Schaff Carrier, her parents, Mabel Holmes Martinez and Henry Langfield Martinez, a sister, Ethel Grimader and three brothers, Edward, Ralph and Henry Martinez. She is also survived by two stepchildren, John E. Beaumont, III husband of Dr. Silvi Beaumont and Peter W. Beaumont and two step grandsons. She was a member of The Society of Mayflower Descendants, Daughters of the American Revolution, and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She is loved and will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at 9:00 A.M. Interment will follow the service in Greenwood Cemetery.
