I'm having a hard time wrapping my head & heart around the fact that your gone. I never got the chance to tell you how much it meant to me that you excepted Sarah & I as your own from the first day we meet you. The last thing you said in my presence was, "this is my grand-daughter Nikki". I Love you paw-paw!!! I will always hold your spirit in my heart.

My father, Joseph Billingsley was the best father in the world to me.  Up until his last days, he never stopped telling me how much he loved me and enjoyed every minute of our time we spent together.  He enjoyed all of his westerns and science fiction movies, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Star Trek and other movies.  He also enjoyed going by my sister’s house, having Bar-B-Cues, swimming and just fishing for fun.  I know everyone else will miss him but I will miss him the most.  Every evening before leaving I would kiss him on the head, say I love you and give him a hug.

This is for you Pop, I LOVE YOU.  See you in the next life.    OH 10-4 GOOD BUDDY!!

It was an honor to know Paw Paw.  He was always telling jokes and making us laugh. Over the last few weeks I watched my husband become a major support system to his dad.  The love that was shown by Rob and his sisters during the last week of his life made me realize that unconditional love does exist. It truly was beautiful to see the love that he was shown during his last few days.

Dad, in my heart there was no greater father. I will always treasure the times we spent together fishing ,hunting and camping. They were some incredible times,I always keep close to my heart. God bless and keep you in his arms always.

Please know that I am praying for your family in this time of great loss.

My prayer is that the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, be with all of you now and always.

It was a great grace and privilege to serve you as you grieved and shared stories of Mr. Billingsley's life.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Billingsley but I do know his son Robert. And by knowing Rob and the way he speaks of his father with love and respect, I can tell that Mr. Billingsley was a good man who instilled in Rob ethics and values that every father hopes to pass onto their children. And even though he has moved on his legacy remains strong.  Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Karl and I have missed you two at Elmwood, and now we are saddened to know why.  We haven't known you long but consider you friends.  We are so sorry for your loss, Mae.  May our Lord wrap His arms around you and give you comfort.  Karl and Mary Ann Lindberg

Mr Joe will be remembered always, by us as well as the rest of his neighbors. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this, the hardest of times. We love you, and we will always be here for Miss Mae. From your neighbors next door, Mike, Annette, Brandi, & Casey.

C. J., you may not remember me, Fay.  My Aunt Verna lived next to you and your family on Dorgenois St.
