Felix M Galan

Felix Marcial Galan, son of the late Guadalupe Lamadrid Galan and Luis Galan. He was born on February 13, 1922 in Vera Cruz, Mexico and entered into his eternal life on Monday, March 17, 2014. A World War II Navy Seabee Veteran and for many years he worked at Kaiser and retired as an Electrician.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Narcisse Isabel Sanchez Galan and his brother Raoul Galan. He is survived by his children, Kathleen Galan Giroir (Horace), Yolanda Galan Lukers (Dan), and Felix G. Galan, eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Chapel of Schoen Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation at the funeral home beginning at 11.00 a.m. with interment to follow in St. Patrick #3 Cemetery.
