Frank was always a pleasure to talk to. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing him through his work at Tulane.

Downtown Frankie brown!!! You were a original. Me an you had so many good times you were there for me an my family when I got the cancer diagnosis. You loved to dispatch Ralph to me with all his exotic animals( orangantuns anteaters the turtle that was as big as a spare tire! Keep the radio on and listen for when 230 checks in at heavens gate!! Rest in peace with Jesus my friend. Norman the one that made 230.

Uncle Frank I will so miss our early morning conversations before the Sun came up. God has taken another angel.you will be missed.

Frank was a was my running buddy and very good friend.  When we were young his Dad took us to Baton Rouge to see  LSU games. In high school we had tons of fun. Frank always had a smile on his face. Rest in peace Frank.

My deepest prayers are with the family of frankie..Frankie is now with one of his best buddies from cab company which is my father douggie(garland douglas schwem).R I P..

I was always glad to see Frank, and I think everyone shared that sentiment. He was a fine man and a fine friend. Geaux Tigers!

With a twinkle in his eye and a sly smile on his face, Frankie Brown always brought the fun. He was as cool as the the 50's T Bird he used to drive. One of my fondest memories was of him taking my brother, sister and I to see Saturday Night Fever in that smooth ride. He always liked to joke that he took us to our first “adult” film.  With his quick wit and tall tales Frank had the best bar banter in town. I will forever be honored that I was on his “short list” and will always include him on mine. Love ya Frank.

His stories entertained us, his personality reflected his beloved New Orleans and his love for family and friends was boundless. Frankie will be missed by all.  Lynn and Frank Lipari

Frank was a very dear individual. A very dear and special friend. Like the flickers of a brightly glowing candle Frank always bought untold light into our lives with thoughtful visits and phone calls, his sharp - quick wit and entertaining stories. Bobby can't remember not having Frank as a close friend once they bonded during their high school years.The fun memories they made together, the undying laughter they shared, and the deepening friendship from that time on was immeasurable. I met Frank through Bobby ... Even at our wedding he made such a jubilant  and enthusiastic splash we have remembered it with a special loving memory all our lives. People with such genuinely dear and gentle hearts seem often not to realize how much they are loved, adored and admiringly appreciated for their own unique and special individuality. Nor would they imagine how very much their loss will be felt forever. We love you Frank and are deeply saddened to have lost you.We shall never forget you, our cherished times together, and most of all the very special man you were. Our hearts and deepest prayers go out to the wonderful family he loved so much and spoke of so very often.
