

Sullivan, Margaret Mary (née Dawson), in her 100th year, died at home on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Survived by her beloved sisters Dorothy Cecilia Dawson of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, and Joan Mary White, of Ottawa, Canada. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. “Auntie Miggs” was born on March 15, 1914 in Montreal, Canada. Upon her marriage to William Andrew Wynn in 1951 she moved to New York, NY. In 1963, her beloved Billy passed away. She married Wilfred F. Sullivan in 1965 and moved to Massena, NY. She retired from Reynolds Aluminum in 1979 and moved to Port Orange, FL where she was involved with a number of charitable organizations, especially the Council of Catholic Women, serving several terms as president at both Epiphany Catholic Church and Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Benedictine Monks, St. Benedict’s Abbey, Benet Lake, WI 53102-0333 or to the Barry Edward Burgess Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Thomas University, 55 Dineen Dr, Fredericton, NB Canada E3B 5G3. A Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Catholic Church 3053 Dauphine, St. New Orleans, LA with visitation at 9:00 a.m. Special thanks to Notre Dame Hospice. .
