Patsy Richardson Gagnon, age 76, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eugene L. Gagnon, Jr., her parents Harlos and Collius Richardson. Our Patsy is survived by numerous family members and friends.
