Salome E. Coman

Salome Elizabeth Reese Coman passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at the age of 103. A lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA., she is survived by her son, J. Rene’ (Ann) Coman Jr.; grandchildren, J. Rene’ (Tana) Coman III, George A. (Shannan) Coman Jr., Matthew M. (Kristin) Coman, Angelle C. (Brad) Tanner, and Rebecca A. Coman; and great-grandchildren, George III, Kaitlyn, Daniel, Elizabeth, Eva, and Molly Coman. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Rene Coman Sr.; son, George A. (Patricia) Coman Sr.; great-granddaughter, Ashley M. Coman; sister, Georgiana R. Baril, Emily R. Schmidt, Bertha R. Gourgues, Ursula R. Jauchler, Leah R. Sutter; and brothers, Rudolph and Francis Reese. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Schoen Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St. New Orleans, LA on Friday November 11, 2011 at 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in the chapel at 11:00 AM.
