Ancil Sandifer

Ancil Ford Sandifer, age 65, of Speedwell, TN passed away November 28, 2011 at his home. He was born January 22, 1946 to Paris & Odell (Crigger) Sandifer. He was employed for 37 years at D.R. Alexanders Garage in Middlesboro, KY and proudly served his Country in the US Army. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He was a member of American Legion Dewey Guy Post # 14 where he had been a member for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife: Kay (Madon) Sandifer

Daughter: Krystal & Bill Bright

Son: Darian Sandifer & Candace Burchett

Grandson and joy of his life: Cameron Tye

Brothers: Doyle (Janet) Sandifer of Bluefield, VA

Jim (Suzette) Sandifer and Wayne (Beverly) Sandifer of Cumberland Gap, TN

Sisters: Bonnie Sumpter of Sarasota, FL

Bobbie (Johnny) Bussell of Dundee, Mi

many Nieces, Nephews and a host of friends to mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Wednesday November 30, 2011 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday December 1, 2011 in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell

Burial in the Red Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
