David was a loving husband for over 40 years as well as a loving father of two sons and grandfather of 13. He worked at England's Plant 6 for 5 years. When not at work, David was an avid car man, and loved working on them as well as small engines. He would buy things that didn't work just to prove he could make them run again. David was a man of many talents. He was kind and generous, he would help anyone in anyway he could. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Bassett and Mary King.
David is survived by his beloved wife, Angie Bassett; sons, Michael Lee Bassett and Jeremy David Bassett; siblings, Douglas Lee Bassett, Diane Holzinger, Donna Bulick, and Dorothy Lange; 13 grandchildren whom he adored; as well as a host of other family and friends.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
