Mrs. Dewie Bob (Smallwood) Mustard age 71 of New Tazewell, TN was born December 24, 1941 and passed away December 3, 2013 at the University of Tennessee Hospital. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. She loved to watch cartoons. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cecil Mustard; parents, William Isaac Smallwood and Flora Lida Smith Smallwood; daughter, Flora Elizabeth Mustard; brothers, Henry and John Smallwood; sisters, Mae Manning, Panzie Shertize and Nancy Smallwood.
