Dustin McDonald

May 23, 1991 – October 1, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dustin “Freebird” McDonald, who left this world far too soon. Born on May 23, 1991, in Pineville KY, Dustin brought love into the lives of everyone who knew him.

Dustin was the beloved son of the late Bunita McDonald and Doyle Wayne Foister. He is survived by his siblings Wayne Foister, Elisabeth Sikora, and Michael McDonald, who will forever cherish the bond they shared and the countless memories they created together.

Dustin was deeply loved by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will remember his kind heart, sense of humor, and the warmth he brought into every room. To know Dustin was to know someone genuine — someone who loved deeply and cared fiercely for the people in his life.

Though his time here was far too short, Dustin’s impact will be everlasting. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know him.

At this time, the family will not be holding a celebration of life service. A gathering to honor and celebrate his memory will be planned at a later date, and details will be shared with family and friends when arrangements are made.

Gone too soon, but never forgotten — Dustin will live on in our hearts forever.
