Helen May Russell White

Helen May Russell White age 75 of New Tazewell, TN was born June 6, 1936 and passed away on April 19, 2012 at Claiborne County Hospital. She had attended New Tazewell United Methodist Church for many years but most recently she attended Riley Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Keith and Ella Russell, parents-in-law, Howard and Mary Ruth Strickland White, and sister-in-law, Shirley Ann White Flanagan.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years: Howard “Jeff” White, JR.

Daughters: Becky (Bill) Lakins of New Tazewell, TN

Pat White of New Tazewell, TN

Grandsons: Kenneth (Wendy) Holt of New Tazewell

Dustin (Andrea) Lakins of Tazewell, TN

Great Grandsons: Jeffrey Holt and Christopher Holt both of New Tazewell, TN

Brothers-in-law: Jake White (Helen)

Jack White (Virginia)

Bob Flanagan all of Hico, WV

And a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Parkinson’s or American Heart Association.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 P.M. Saturday April 21, 2012 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. Saturday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be Monday April 23, 2012 at White Family Cemetery. Family and friends are to meet at the cemetery at 10:30 A.M. Monday morning.
