J. Harold Ratliff

Mr. J. Harold Ratliff age 68 of New Tazewell, Tn was born September 25, 1942, passed away January 9, 2011 at University of Tennessee Hospital. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He was retired from Fairfield Manufacturing after 27 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.He was a Vietnam War Veteran from 1964 until 1966 serving as Aircraft mechanic. He was preceded by parents, Milum Ratliff and Bessie McDaniel Ratliff.

He is survived by his loving wife since December 21, 1966: Brenda Mabe Ratliff

Daughter: Kim (Troy) Smith of Brownsburg, IN

Grandchildren: Anthony Landreth, Telsey Ratliff, Lane Smith and Ryleigh Smith

Brother: Ray Dean Ratliff (Sue) of Seattle, WA

Nieces: Kathy Stange and Deborah Esty

Nephews: Greg and Jeff Ratliff

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 P.M. Friday night at the Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell. Funeral service 11:00 A.M. Saturday January 15,2011 at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery with Military Honors.
