JoAnn Russell-Webb

JoAnn Russell-Webb age 71 of Jacksboro TN, formerly of Speedwell TN, was born August 20, 1946 and passed away December 16, 2017. JoAnn was a teacher at Powell Valley High School for thirty-three and a third years. She was a huge fan of both indie and professional wrestling. JoAnn loved to write poetry and was dubbed the Poet Laureate of Speedwell. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the lights of her life. JoAnn was a phenomenal baker and loved to do so until she was no longer able. She was preceded in death by her parents Milburn and Sarah Jane "Dollie" Russell, brother Billy W. Russell, husband James Allen Webb Jr. and son James Allen Webb III. She is survived by her son and daughter Scott and Nikki Webb. Daughters Suzanne Webb and Heather Ward. Sisters Christine Russell and Lydia Godfrey. Nieces and nephews Christy Russell, Angela Wilcox, Billie Jo Ralston and Ronald D. Russell. Grandchildren Courtney Carroll, Cody Webb, Isaac Storm Webb, Ryan Alexzander Webb and Mathew Webb, Annastasia Ward, Miley Ward and Brody Penell. Great grandchildren Madison Carroll, Cheyenne Carroll, Zoey Webb, Jazmine Webb. Great niece Alexis "Lexie" Wilcox. As well as a host of other loved ones and friends. The family will receive friends Monday December 18th from 6 until 8 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 8 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be Tuesday December 19th at 11 AM in the Pierce Family Cemetery.
