The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home with Funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Roger Louthan and Rev. Randy Kincaid officiating. Singer: Marcella Shockley

Graveside service: 10 am Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Mitchell and Matthew Wallen, Mark Shelton, James Smith, Bill Barnard, Mike Marsee, Buford Braden, and Mike Cosby.
