Kenneth Howard Brooks

Kenneth Howard Brooks was born January 14, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday November 27, 2013 at the age of 63. He was a faithful member of Big Spring Union Missionary Baptist Church where he served as treasurer and adult Mens Sunday School Teacher. He was an active member of the Claiborne County Gideons. Kenneth retired from the Department of Human Services in 2005 with thirty three years of service. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Howard Brooks and Allie Brooks.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 34 years: Diane Epperson Brooks

And their only Child: Amber Leigh (Joey) Allgood

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Saturday November 30, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 1:00 P.M. Saturday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Red Hill Cemetery.
