Eddie Smith, a man of simple grace and a heart full of love, will forever be remembered in our hearts. With Tennessee blood coursing through his veins, he embodied the spirit of the South, embracing a love for his family that knew no bounds. This was exemplified by his love for his wife Jo of 44 years, they were truly inseparable.
His devotion was evident in the sea of orange that surrounded him, a testament to his loyalty to his beloved Tennessee Volunteers. Yet, it was not just the color that defined Eddie but the warmth and kindness he radiated to all who knew him. Eddie was always there for those around him, he was willing to do everything from odd jobs to just talking to them.
We will miss that mischievous smile that could light up any room and the infamous cowboy hat he wore with pride. We were blessed to witness his unwavering support and love.
