Rebecca Ellen Greene

Rebecca “Becky” Bowlin Greene age 53 of New Tazewell, TN was born October 15, 1962 and went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. Rebecca was a member of Dry Valley Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to fish, watch NASCAR, play with her two dogs and loved her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joy Bowlin and Linda Samsel Jarnagin; daughter, Tara Elizabeth Shockley.

She is survived by her husband: Jerry Greene

Son: Jason Shockley

Daughter: Amanda (Brad) Russell

Step-Sons: Jared (Amanda) Greene, Tony Greene, Jerry Randall Greene and Ronnie Greene

Brothers: John (Linda) Bowlin, Nathan Bowlin and Ronald Bowlin

Sisters: Cindy (Dude) Vanover and Lisa Waits

Grandchildren: Connor Ray, Dylan Hopson, Emily Smith, Isabella and Elijah Greene, J.J., Jaden and Ashton Russell

Her Nurses: Abby and Mandy

And a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 P.M. Saturday February 13, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday February 14, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Carpenter Cemetery.
