Richard Wayne Daniels

He is preceded in death by his loving daughter, Courtney Leann Daniels; parents, Wayne and Ellen Daniels; sister and brother-in-law, Ruby and Dennis Wayne Akers; niece, Madison Gracie Daniels.

Richard is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Anthony and Kylena Daniels, brother Matthew Daniels, sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Rick Rowland; niece, Addy Baker; nephews Josh Akers and girlfriend Ashley Bruner, Caleb Daniels, Ethan Glisson, Daniel Akers and fiance Phylicia Baker, Ricky Rowland and Alex Kramer; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Special friends, Kaitlyn Chambers, David Riggins and Keith Poore.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM with a graveside to follow in the Daniels Cemetery.
