Richard "Rick" Fate McGinnis

He was saved at a young age and was a member of Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Rick is preceded in death by his father Sam McGinnis and brother Jaybo McGinnis.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Cindy McGinnis of Washburn, TN. Children Travis Prater of Middlesboro, KY and Jordan (Johnna) McGinnis of Washburn, TN. Grandchildren Jonathon Logan, Stella Jane, Eli Morgan, and Cash Wyatt. Mother Billie Faye (Gordon) Satterfield of Washburn, TN. Sisters Debbie (Jerry) Welch of Bean Station, TN. and Pam (Ray) Hefner of Washburn, TN. Brother Jerry "Peanut" (Lori) McGinnis of New Tazewell, TN. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday November 29, 2024 from 10 until 12 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will follow in the McGinnis-Harrell Cemetery in Thorn Hill, TN.
