Annette Bloom (nee Meilman) died on Monday October 20, 2025 at her home at Atria Senior Living in Great Neck, New York. Mrs. Bloom was born on October 1, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Long Island University where she met her husband of 66 years Leonard Bloom and love of her life. Mrs. Bloom was a role model to many young women in their lives. She is survived by her children Bryan Bloom (Jill), Elise Bloom, her niece Robin Fields (wife Debra Lee), her grandchildren Jenna England (husband Matt), Allie Botwinick (husband Michael) and two great grandchildren Tyler Leonard England and Leni Sloan Botwinick. Funeral will be held at Frank E. Campbell – The Funeral Chapel located at 1076 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10028; Private burial to follow. Shiva will be at the home of Ms. Elise Bloom on October 21 from 6:30-9 and October 22 from 1-4PM, and at the home of Jill and Bryan Bloom on October 22 from 6:30-9PM. Minion both nights at 7pm.
