She is survived by daughter Ellen Weinstein Adnopoz, son-in-law Stephen J. Adnopoz, and daughter-in-law Elizabeth M. Weinstein, as well as by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by beloved sons Peter J. Weinstein and Kenneth D. Weinstein and her husband Edward G. Weinstein.
She was a renowned bridge player and a member of the Cosmopolitan Club and Lincoln Center. She and her late husband traveled the world together and she loved to attend the theater and the ballet.
She had been Corporate Secretary of the Citizens Budget Commission and served on the board of Women In Need, the largest provider of shelter and supportive housing for New York City's homeless families, especially women and children.
Her family is grateful to Lucille Patino for her care over the past few years.
Gathering will begin at 10:00 AM with a memorial service to be held at 10:30 AM on May 30 at Frank E. Campbell, 1076 Madison Ave., followed by interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
