Dear Millie,
Back in the early 60's Jerry, and I were members of an unforgettable social club.  It was a break-away time from the bleak fifties and an open door to explore whatever our zany uncomplicated world had to offer.  We were ready and none of us ever considered looking back.  Our cars complimented a compelling urge to explore every new and exciting adventure. We hit the road  in what today are commanding small fortunes at auto auctions...Who knew ?  
In those early days we shared many good times and funny stories: How Jerry and Millie first met; Jerry dancing to Wild Thing in Wildwood;  his convincing performance as an extra terrestrial, and occasionally defining who ruled the road with his GTO (seat belts were years away).  Back then it was easy  to anticipate that every tomorrow would be a re-play of our last adventure.  Jerry and the roster of friends from our time and place will always be an unforgettable gathering.  In short, Jerry was one of those people that come into your life and remain a legacy to enduring friendship.
.   Not always being practical, I imagined that Jerry along with our other buddies, and maybe the club would somehow be around forever. Discovering his passing while browsing the internet I followed the details in disbelief and once again was reminded that “forever”was a comfortable and satisfying ending that just postpones reality... the irreplaceable sixties, our club, my special friend...all gone. 
The end of a full life is when your devotion to family and friends is rewarded by an exceptional outpouring of  love and affection.  I 'm contributing to maintaining the memorial and would like to hear from anyone that remembers Jerry, our time and 
who we were.

Dear Mildred & Villano Family,

Gerry is one the few good men who reminds me of my beloved dad who passed away a year ago.  My heart goes out to all of you and Gerry will always be a fond memory.

My son was given a book and it had a quote that hit me like a ton of bricks when I lost my father one year ago. There aren't many people who I feel these perfectly fitted words are so merited.  Mr. Villano was one of them. "For never before has the world known a you my friend, and it never will, not ever again..."  He was exceptional. I know they are happy to see each other up there. All of my love and prayers to his beautiful family who will always carry him on.

Dear Mildred and all the Villano family,
Words can not express how sorry we were to hear about Jerry's passing.  He was such a good man touching the hearts of all who knew him.  When I told  George that Jerry had died, he said, "That's so sad.  He was a really good man."  Jerry has been a blessing to all who knew him and the world is a better place because he lived among us.  All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Priscilla & George McGunnigle

Dear Mildred, Cara, Dina, Jeremy and Family,
my thoughts are with you on such a great lost.  I will miss Jerry's kindness, great smile, patience, and willingness to share his vast knowledge in design, detailing, and construction administration, not to mention the Tuesday donuts and then the Wednesday cookies.  He was a true gentleman and a great teacher / co-worker.
With deepest sympathies and condolences, I apologize that I will not be able to attend the services, because of my current condition.  Please know that warm memories of Jerry will always be in my heart.
