Born in Brooklyn, Herb was the son of the late Benjamin and Nettie Schneider. He attended P.S. 206 and James Madison High School before graduating from the University of Michigan and obtaining his law degree at Yale University.
He was a partner at the Frankenthaler, Kohn, Schneider & Katz law firm until his retirement.
Services will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, May 29th, at 1 PM.
