She was an accomplished real estate broker, talented artist and avid New Yorker. She took advantage of the many cultural offerings of New York City; especially its museums and theater. She was an enthusiastic birder, spending many mornings birdwatching in Central Park.
She enjoyed an active social life with her many friends including her oldest friends Joan Schussheim and the late Amy Finkston.
