Laurette Soong Feng

Laurette was born in 1928 in Shanghai, China, and was the eldest daughter of T.V. and Laura Soong. She moved to the U.S. in the 1940s and called New York City home for the last 70 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Ivan Y.T. Feng, and is survived by her sons Clifford (Francisca) Feng and Michael (Winnie) Feng, her four grandchildren, and her two great-grandsons.

Laurette will be greatly missed by her family and her many long-time friends, and fondly remembered for her sense of humor, strong-will, and storytelling.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the C.V. Starr East Asian Library at Columbia University.
