Luc was born on August 29, 1944, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. From an early age, he was known for his faith, strength, leadership, charisma, and unwavering dedication to his family and community.
Throughout his life, Luc was respected for his hard work, integrity, and commitment. Beyond his profession, he was a man who valued family and meaningful connections, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
He was a devoted father, loving husband, cherished brother, and loyal friend. His greatest pride and joy were his children and family, whom he supported, guided, and loved unconditionally.
Luc is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Bernard; his children, Antonio, Dimitry, Gregory, and Mariecarmel; and his grandchildren, Jada and Dimitry Jr., all of whom will continue to carry his legacy forward.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in the memories he gave us, the lessons he taught us, and the love he shared so freely. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the lives he shaped and the love he leaves behind.
