An incredible man. I am so sad that I lost touch with him and just learning now of his passing. He was one of a kind

I am saddened to learn just now of Michael’s passing. Michael and I were good friends for a brief time, while we were both studying in a post baccalaureate program at Columbia,  hoping to attend medical school. We lost touch after that, but I have always remembered him very fondly. I have often thought that, without his kindness and friendship, I might not have made it through that program. I send my heartfelt if belated condolences to Michael’s family.

Dr. Bruck was not only an excellent doctor but a kind, considerate, ethical human being. He embodied what many strive and more lack. I hope he is now at peace and his family knows how many hearts he had calmed, especially mine as a patient.

Dr.Bruck was an incredible doctor. He spent so much time with me on two consultations and didn’t charge me for them like most plastic surgeons would’ve. He really gave his all when it came to giving patients his time and went above and beyond to please them. Dr.Bruck was 
incredibly thorough in his consultations and honest about the results that he could achieve. He didn’t just tell you what you wanted to hear. Dr.Bruck also achieved great results. I had a large, very visible birthmark on my leg that I would cover up with bandaids growing up and was bullied over. Now you cannot tell now that I ever had a birthmark. He helped me not just by performing surgery, but by helping me improve my self- esteem. 

   I send you my deepest condolences to you Joy, his family, friends, colleagues and patients. You were one- of- a kind Dr.Bruck and are missed. Rest in peace.



My sincere condolences to Dr. Bruck's family and friends.  Dr. Brucks did a breast augmentation for me many years ago, and was very pleased with his professionalism, caring personality and level of surgical expertise.  I recently was trying to look him up for a consultation, and recognized his photo immediately.   But was saddened to see he passed.   Rest in peace Dr. Bruck

I visited Dr. Bruck on several different occasions to have moles removed from my face. He was always kind, warm and friendly and he made an effort to put me at ease every time. I'd like to send my deepest condolences to his family, loved ones and colleagues.

I'm so sorry to hear, I was a client. Upon meeting Dr Bruck he was the kindest person not interested in just getting money he spent so much time with me. We stayed connected because of my complications nothing to do with him. I mention it because he was so so caring he would call me evenings and see how I was doing and listen to my concerns. I have NEVER had a Dr like him.
I know he was like that with all he will be missed.

To the family of Dr. Michael Bruck: I was so sad to learn of Dr. Bruck’s passing. I was searching online to make sure he was still practicing, and came across his obituary. He was such a caring and thoughtful physician. I met him in the early 2000’s through his work, and he was always a consummate professional. Dr. Bruck was also my neighbor. Sometimes we’d bump into one another on E. 60th, and he always had a kind word and smile. Sending warm thoughts and my deepest condolences to his family.

My condolences to you Joy.  I have fond memories of Michael.  He had an indomitable spirit who epitomized courage.  

I worked with Dr Michael Bruck for over 8 years.  He was a kind, caring doctor who took only the best care of his patients.  He always went above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Bruck was one of the nicest human being I have ever met in my life. He was truly a gem with no feeling of any selfishness in his words, thoughts or actions. Always available to help in any way he can and always available to share anything he knows. I have seen him help anyone no matter what kind of person is on the other side. He will definitely be missed rest of our lives. He was near and dear to so many people I knew, and everyone wanted a part of him. He was full of life with Joy around him. He loved teaching and I have seen his advice making a big difference in people's life. I will always look up to him and be a kind of person he was. RIP.

It is with great sorry to hear early this morning what happened Michael.  You were such a pleasure to work with during my time at Doctors Plastic Surgery in New York.  I recall our academic conversations we had together about surgical techniques we both liked, and even those we didn't like.  I always admire you love of operating and taking care of patients.  It was clear from the look in your eye that you were dedicated to our patients for the love of medicine and surgery.  The world is a darker place without you today.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr. Bruck truly made an impact on me with his words of wisdom and encouragement. Even when I could not see my potential, he always saw it. I am forever grateful to have made such a beautiful bond with someone so kind, passionate, and humble. I will never forget our talks and how much he’s impacted my life. To his family, I send my deepest sympathy and you are in my thoughts and prayers ❤️

Not just a great doctor but a great person. Humble and caring. I was blessed to be a small part in his life. Working with Dr.Bruck, I saw how much he cared for his patients as well as his colleagues. His passion for surgery came from his heart. It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this but I rest assured that a man of his kindness will never be forgotten.
