

1945 to William and Elizabeth Webb.
Richard graduated from LaSalle Academy and St. John’s University in New
York City. He also served in the United States Army.
For the past 20 years, Richard enjoyed a successful career as Community
Coordinator for the Housing Authority of New York City. He established
many friendships among his colleagues.
Richard had a passion for assisting and guiding others in both his
professional and personal relationships. He felt fortunate to share his life
with his extended family in New York in his Upper East Side
neighborhood . They were long-time and dear friends.
Richard is survived by his brother William W. Webb (Susan) of
Birmingham, Alabama; his nephew William J. Webb of Atlanta, Georgia;
his nephew Stephen M. (Bridget); and great nephews Jacob and Lucas, and
great niece Madeline of St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to his parents,
Richard was preceded in death by his sister Arthura Webb, and Webster, his
cherished dog companion of 16 years.
Services and internment for Richard will be held on February 3, 2016, at 11AM.
