He was the devoted and adored husband of Beth, the dedicated father of Jonathan, the loyal brother of Jeffrey, and the cherished son of the late Florence and Samuel. He leaves behind an adoring extended family and countless loving friends whose lives were forever touched by his steady presence.
Bob began his career at Bear Stearns, culminating in a senior role at Morgan Stanley. He was respected not only for his business acumen and sound judgment, but for the integrity and fairness that guided every decision he made.
Those who knew Bob often spoke of the quiet authority he carried — he commanded a presence without speaking. He did not seek attention, yet he naturally drew it. He was, at his core, one of the kindest people one could know: steady, thoughtful, and generous. His dry sense of humor, delivered with subtle wit and perfect timing, brought warmth and light to family gatherings and friendships alike. What set Bob apart was not only his intelligence, but his character — his humility, his loyalty, and the deep respect he showed to everyone around him.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Madison, New Jersey, Bob was a graduate of University of Arizona.
Charitable donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, or to the American Cancer Society.“This gift is in memory of – Robert Bronfman”).
We were so fortunate to have known and loved him. He will be profoundly missed, forever remembered, and always cherished.
