Carolyn J. Smith Sherman

Carolyn Jeanette Sherman, age 73, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at her home in Barker. Born February 24, 1943 in Lockport, she is the daughter of the late: Donald and Dorothy (Graham) Smith.

Carolyn enjoyed going to Barker Senior Citizens, cards, crocheting and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Sherman Sr., he died February 22, 2008.

Surviving are her children: Joe (Donna) Caton of Albion, Ralph (Pam) Litch of Kenmore, Ray Sherman Jr. of Lockport, Fred (Kathy) Sherman of Lockport, Larry (Joann) Sherman of Gasport and Terry Sherman of Barker. She was predeceased by a son: Gary Sherman. Sister of: Donna Wilson of Burt, Linda Fearby of Medina and Jean Hafner of Simpsonville, SC. Also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Royalton Bible Church, 8457 Bunker Hill Road, Gasport, NY on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 12 noon until 1pm when a funeral service will be held with the Reverend Ron Houseman officiating.
