In Loving Memory of Mama Agbogwu
Today, I join the entire Agbogwu family; and  with heavy hearts bid farewell to a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many. Mama Agbogwu, our dear former teacher at Charles Burr Primary School in Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria, has left us, leaving behind a void that cannot be filled. She was not only an exceptional educator but also a source of inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Mama Agbogwu went above and beyond her job description as a teacher. She possessed a rare combination of wisdom, compassion, and dedication, which she poured into her work every single day. Her love for education was evident in the way she nurtured her students, helping them grow not only academically but also as individuals. She believed in the potential of each child and strived to bring out the best in them.
Beyond the classroom, Mama Agbogwu played an integral role in the lives of her students. She became a confidante, a mentor, and a guiding light for many. Her impact extended far beyond the school grounds, and her influence was felt by generations of students who passed through Charles Burr Primary School.
My dear friend Lois, and her siblings Benjamin, Loveth, Victor, Peace, the former pupils, teachers, and the entire community will forever cherish the memories we shared with Mama Agbogwu. Her warm smile, encouraging words, and unwavering support continue to resonate within us. She was not only an educator but also a second mother to many, always there to offer guidance and lend a listening ear.
To Mama Agbogwu's family, including her beloved husband, Daddy, and the rest of her loved ones, we extend our deepest condolences. Your loss is immeasurable, and we stand with you during this difficult time. May you find solace in the knowledge that Mama Agbogwu's legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

MY BELOVED SISTER: WHEN WE WENT TO YOUR HOUSE, YOUR SIT WAS EMPTY, I FELT LIKE ASKING WHERE YOU WERE.  IT IS  HARD TO BELIEVE OR UNDERSTAND WHY YOU LEFT TOO SOON. I WISHED WE HAD MORE VISITS, AND TALK MORE, BUT THE LORD MADE HIS DECISION, AND YOU ANSWERED YOUR CREATOR. WE ALL HAVE TO WHEN IT IS TIME.  I CELEBRATE YOUR COURAGE, YOU LEFT IT ALL, FOR THE BETTER LIFE WHERE THERE IS NO PAIN OR ANY OF THOSE WORRIES.  IT IS HALLELUJAH  ALWAYS .  LOVE YOU ALWAYS.  REST ON, TILL BE MEET, AND PART NO MORE.

Miss you a lot Nné. I miss our conversations, your interest in my job, Vivian, the kids, and even Willow (our dog). You were too much of a beautiful force not to get attracted to. Always refreshing talking to you, and spending time with you. Those incredible memories will live on in my heart. Though I miss you a lot, your remembrance brings smiles to my face. Thank you indeed for everything, and for all that you stood for. You were the Glue that held all and everything together. I am eternally grateful Nné.
I am very happy for you Nné. You deserve the rest. Your work on earth was done, and when the time came, the chariot from Heaven were on hand to take you home. Super happy for you Nné. You left in a blaze of Glory! What a glorious exit it was! Looking forward to seeing you again someday. Love you incredibly 💕.

I heard your shout of "Hallelujah" when I was called up stage. This achievement was just another product of your priceless prayers and inspirations in my life. Thank you Nné.

Nné mo! Cute as can be! I am so blessed this was God's plan for me - Coming into this world through you! It was a perfect match. Love you Mama.

So glad we were able to spend your last birthday & Christmas with you! Thank you woman of Steel. You never stopped inspiring me, and all who come around you. Love you Mama!

Always a delight being around you, Nné. You were always calm, thoughtful, elegant, and full of incredible wisdom. What a Gem!

A grand mother like no other. Was actually hoping my little boy, Brian will meet you in person some day like the others. I hope I will have answers for him about why that was not the case. So where exactly are you now? How come I really don't know for sure? Nne, I am deeply wounded and my heart is heavy. I always warned that "no one is promised tomorrow" but I failed to practice what I always preached and hope you and God forgive me. Love, Victor Agbogwu 

MUMMY-TO; MUMMY-TO. MUMMY - AMERICANA; MUMMY – AMERICANA, WHY?
This is probably the hardest piece of literature I have ever written in my entire life. 
Sadly, you may never get to read it because I am not sure that the dead read nor do they hear or see us; even though I hear people say they do and even visit the living. 
I hear you so wanted to speak with me and hear my voice before you departed this world. 
Sorry, no one wrote to tell me so. I know you may have called to speak with me several times but I was consumed by Anger and Disappointment. Not at you particularly though. 
I pleaded to everyone to drop their ego, bitterness and misplaced pride and come together for the sake of you, dad and us; because I always believed we were all better if we stayed truly united.
Sadly, each time I preached that gospel, it was never well received and everyone acted as if I was the most dispensable creature on earth.
It was good you were given all the material things anyone will ever want in life and perhaps in death, but it would have been better if we all gave you that peace of mind and happiness that money in any currency cannot buy. 
I will probably live with this heavy pain forever. My grief is so intense it is beclouding my many happy moments with you. 
I am only taking solace in the fact that you knew how much I love you and what exactly you meant to me. You were my Rock and will always be. You meant the world to me and I am glad you knew it. 
When you were in Nigeria, your daily early morning calls was my Alarm Clock. 
Once I pick your call, I will hear you say “Baba Ooo!’  How I wish I was smart enough to record those calls. Your beautiful voice never aged or change.
