Janell was born on June 26, 1946, in Rockford, Illinois. She was raised and attended schools in Loves Park, Illinois. She served in the United States Air Force as a medical corpsman in the 807th Medical Group, Headquarters 15th Air Force.
Janell lived in Santa Clarita for 27 years and Palmdale for 13 years. Janell worked 25-years for the Wm. S. Hart School District as a Welfare and Attendance Specialist.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis, two daughters, Lisa and Erin, 9 grandchildren, one great grandson, and her only sibling, Charlie Carlson, of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Donald and Dorothy Carlson.
Janell is defined and remembered by her love of her family and will be missed but never forgotten. Always in our hearts and minds for eternity.
