Jeff served his country in the U.S. Army for three years; upon leaving the military, he became a sous chef for exclusive country clubs and fine hotels, impressing many with his fine-tuned, self-taught abilities. Outside of work, one could find Jeff playing games on Xbox Live or playing Linkin Park songs on the guitar. He also enjoyed sitting down and watching his favorite sports teams on the TV, like the Lakers, Raiders, and the Dodgers. At the end of the day though, laughter was absolutely everything for Jeff; he would go above and beyond to make the people around him crack a grin. He was sensitive, nurturing, and had a heart of pure gold. His selflessness and care for others would go as far as to leave him without a dollar in his pocket, but that just meant that it was time to call his mom again.
Jeff was truly loved by many and will always be remembered and missed.
