Jesse W. Pratt Jr.

January 14, 1944 in Los Angeles, California. He was the second child born of four children

Jesse spent his childhood years living in Venice, California, and moved to Pacoima, California in

his teenage years. Jesse graduated from San Fernando High , School, where he met his loving

wife Pamela Richmond. Jesse asked Pamela for her hand in holy matrimony, and married her

on August 10, 1963. To this union, four children were born. They had a wonderful love story for

nearly fifty-three years.

Jesse worked as a housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance supervisor in a hospital setting for

forty years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing, gardening, and being with family. As well as

being anywhere his wife Pamela was. He will surely be missed.

Jesse is preceded in death by his father, mother and step-father Ernest Gammage, also known

as "Papa".

Jesse leaves to mourn and cherish his memories his wife Pamela Pratt; two sisters: Charlotte

Williams and Patricia Scott; one brother: Dwayne Gammage; mother-in-law: Aileen Burris, two

sons: Loren Pratt and Lonnie Pratt, Sr.; two daughters: Lanita Brown and Lawana Pratt;

seventeen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one grandson-in-law; one granddaughter-

in-law; two god daughters; and a host of brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews,

aunts, uncles, cousins, and lots of very special friends.
