Lisa Michelle Swanson Garvey passed away peacfully with her loving husband Daniel Garvey and family at her side on October the 5th at the age of 43. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She loved being with her family, planning birthday parties and vacations. She was “mommy” to her animals, dogs, cats, birds and fish. As a child she participated in figure skaing competions, tennis, and skiing. She graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Interior Design and worked in that field for 15 years. She leaves her husband Daniel Garvey of San Jose, her parents Gordon and Betty Swanson of Valencia, her brothers Curt VanLeeuwen of Saugus, Mark VanLeeuwen of Newhall, Cristian Swanson of Key West, Fl.
Services will be held on Saturday the 15th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day at 24443 McBean Pkwy, Valencia, at 11am.
