I missed Mark, he was a kool guy and very smart.

They say that the people you work for remember your results while the people who work for you remember your kindness. In his case, I know that all of the people that worked with Mark remember him for both. I’ve known him for almost a dozen years and cherished working for the man I affectionately called Boss because of his leadership by example, his wicked sense of humor, and most importantly his kindness towards me. I could not have been easy to deal with as his subordinate, but he always treated me like a friend than and that’s how I continue to see him. Boss, thank you for letting me be me and always believing in me. I love you and miss you. 



Many fond memories of family vacations to Memphis to visit Uncle Victor and family and also when they visited us in Salem, Oh.  Mark was always quick to lighten up a potentially tense situated with his quick humor. May he rest in peace.



A great man!  Mark was my fierce and loyal co-worker and  we tackled business and legal issues everyday for almost 2 decades!!   He was instrumental in helping build from the very start the amazing brand LA Film School.   My favorite part about Mark is that above anything he cared about excellence in his work.   You could always count on him!  And he was funny!!  Always a pleasure to be with.   We had good times together and will forever miss him!

 Mark and I met 50 years ago at the Playhouse on the Square in Memphis. We knew in an instant that we'd be friends forever.  Among the nicknames that he was known by (usually from the parts he played on stage) like Pooh Bear, Summer Stock or Dodger... I had a name that I called him by on rare occasion, "Wesson Oil".   
 Mark was the kind of friend that valued your opinion, even if he didn't agree with it.  I miss you terribly already.

I met Mark once over five years ago in Orlando, FL. for a high-school re-union.   Once is enough to know he's such a great guy!  I remember just hanging out in front of the Ramada Inn and taking me for a 'beer' run since I am not familiar with the area.    I remember seeing his commercial with Michael Jordan... such a nice guy with great personality.  That's one of the best and relaxing times I had in Orlando.  

Markie and I were theater department classmates in college. Later, we were roommates in Nashville and again in NYC. Markie was a great friend, always funny, and talented. You will be missed, my friend.

I am so sorry about Mark’s passing. I worked for him at Epic Productions back in the 90’s and had kept in touch with him. My heart goes out to his friends and family. 

Mark was a colleague/undergraduate @ Memphis State University in the 70s. He was Winnie the Pooh in a script I produced, "POOHSTICKS".  He was always fun and funny. A dear soul to be remembered.
