Michael de St. Jean was born in Goleta, CA, and spent most of his childhood in Ventura and Los Angeles. After attending Buena High School, he joined the United States Navy where he served for five years. Although stationed in San Diego, Michael spent much time overseas operating computers from the backseat of jets to hunt submarines. Michael later served three years in the Army National Guard, where he also was deployed to various countries including Saudi Arabia. In the years following Michael's military service, he drove a heavy duty tow truck, where he met many incredible friends and his loving wife. Last year he was fortunate enough to start working for United Rentals delivering equipment to the movie studios, which he loved. Michael was the type of person who would stop in the middle of the freeway to help someone in need: an incredible, respectable, go-with-the-flow man.
