On Sunday, December 30, 2018, Sonya Bruno, loving wife and mother of two, passed away at the age of 46. Born in Illinois on December 1, 1972, she was a devoted daughter to Carlos and Kathy Fandino. She was a loving wife to Craig Bruno and an amazing mother to her sons Andrew Aponte and Johnny Coletta and step-daughter Courtney Bruno.
She lived her life enjoying the opportunities that life gave her. Quick to adventure, she loved ziplining, scuba diving, hiking, camping and sports of all kinds. She was an avid football fan.
She was a beautiful soul and any who met her felt her caring and gentleness. Her compassion for others came from her love of God and she shared her passion of her faith to everyone.
She is survived by her parents Carlos and Kathy Fandino, husband Craig Bruno, siblings Carlos Fandino Jr., Lisa Olewine, and Lourdes Fandino, Sons Andrew Aponte and Johnny Colletta, step-daughter Courtney Bruno, and Grandmother Elizabeth Preston.
