Susan Michelle Hammond

Memorial services will be held from 1-2:30 pm on January 20th at Eternal Valley Memorial Park & Mortuary located at 23287 North Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321 with Bishop Borden of Bethal Church of Christ-Holiness, officiating.

A balloon release memorial will occur from 2-2:30 pm.

Susan was born in Antelope Valley Medical Center Hospital to Jaimie and Kenneth Hammond on November 25th 1992.

Susan went to school at Morningside High School in Inglewood, California.

Susan loved animals, adult coloring, journaling, listening to music, and had an eye for home design.

Susan received her high school diploma on June 16th, 2011.

Susan is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hammond, paternal grandmother, Jennine Mitchell, maternal grandmother, Sylvia Marie Macfarland, maternal grandfather Mike Macfarland, and maternal uncle, David Byers.

Susan is survived by her son, Troy (Hammond) Johnson, brothers, Todd and Dante' Hammond and sister, Danyell Hammond, mother Jaimie Hammond, step father Hebert (Les) Reid, maternal aunt, Susan Michelle Morris and great aunt Carletta Johnson.

Memorials may be given to Eternal Valley Memorial Park & Mortuary.
