Born July 15, 1923 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Lewis Burcham and Semora Antha Love Burcham. She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Newton and retired as a retail sales clerk.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Reed Davis; second husband, Woodrow Murray; two sisters, Eunice Austin and Ruby Clark.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Brenda Elaine DeJulio of Conover; sister, Elizabeth Hubbard of Newton and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Friendship United Methodist Church with Rev. David Hamlyn officiating.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
