Born February 9, 1985 in Forsyth County, he was the son of Donald Thomas and Debra Reichard Bruner.
David was a member of Sweetwater Presbyterian Church and was a produce manager at Food Lion. He loved music and was a talented drummer. He loved doing paint and body work on old cars with his dad and target shooting.
David was preceded in death by his mother.
Left to cherish his memory are his father; his wife, Jessica, of the home, and his sons, Dawson Thomas Bruner and Deegan Weslee Bruner.
The funeral service will be conducted Monday, May 6, at 5:00 p.m. at Sweetwater Presbyterian Church in Hickory with Reverend Kathryn Taylor officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
