He was proceeded in death by his grandparents, DC and Ivey Propst, Lee and Hazel Mungro; daughter, Ebony Tipps; uncle, Harvey Mungro; aunt, Lillie Mae Ikard; grandson, Ciyland Tipps.
He is survived by his parents, William Lewis Propst and Shirley Jean Mungro Propst; girlfriend, Mavis Clark; daughters, Amy Craig, Erica Tipps and Shanta Ramseur; sister, Doretha P. Carson; uncle, Billy and wife Liz Newton; aunts, Linda Mungro and Savannah Ramseur; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Receiving of friends will be held at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home Saturday, Aoril 29, 2023 from 1 to 2pm.
A celebration of life service will be held at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 2pm with Reverend Peggy Geter officiating. Burial to follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
