Born September 28, 1969, he was the son of the late Karl Barker and Mary Haney.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeff Barker and Danny Barker.
He was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church.
Keith loved playing the guitar, hunting and fishing.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 24 years, Helen W. Barker; son, Kyle Barker; daughter, Brandy Barker, brother, Timie Joe Barker, of Newton, NC; sisters, Debra Travis of Catawba, NC, Karla Allen of Claremont, NC, one grandson, Bradley Seats; his Mother-in-law, Sandra Edmondson, and several nieces and nephews.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home with Rev. Dolph Abernathy officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 – 5:45 p.m.
