Lloyd Allen Thomas

Lloyd was born January, 3, 1924 to Lloyd W. Thomas and Margaret West Thomas of Indianapolis. Lloyd was a member of Lyndhurst Baptist Church in Indianapolis, and also a member of the Masonic Lodge 669 of Indianapolis for over 42 plus years. Square dancing was one of his great passions, and he traveled the United States performing. The loving dog, Honey Bear will miss him greatly.

In addition to his parents, Lloyd is preceded in death by his first wife of 34 years, Wanda Pebbles Thomas; second wife of 25 years, Margaret Doty Thomas; brother, Robert Thomas; and sister, Mary Henderson.

Survivors include his son, David E. Thomas and wife, Susan, of New Orleans; daughter, Linda Ringer and husband, Charles, of Newton; sister, Wanda Bailey; grandchildren, Scott Thomas, Janna Broyles-Zaichek, Matt Thomas, Scott Ringer, Susan Ringer Drum, Dawn DeWitt, Mark Rozzel, Jill Gibson, and Thomas Ringer; 25 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and also a special family member, Dorothy Thomas.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Indianapolis.

The family would like to give their thanks to Joanna, Melissa, Meg, Lela, and Karen for all of their loving help, and also extend a special thanks to Ray Walker.
