Mary Anne was a devoted and loving wife of 67 years to Sherrill Cranford. The couple has two children: Greg Cranford of Orangeburg, SC and Christi Cranford of Charlotte, NC.
Mary Anne was born with a beautiful voice. She sang many solos in church services and for weddings and funerals. She was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church. In addition, she was known for her friendliness and never met a stranger.
Mary Anne will be buried in the Cranford cemetery plot in Fairview Cemetery in Albemarle, NC, with a private grave side service to be arranged at a later date.
